Default Adding Lip Sync to Bluray player - possible ?

I am using HDMI output to DVDO ISCAN 50 and then to 55" Led for general viewing but DVDO do not pass through HDMI audio signal , I use L & R output from bluray player to separate amplifier for sound but I have severe lip sync problem . I can get an digital sound delay box to correct this but then I have no way of decoding the bit stream back to L & R audio . I wonder if it is possible to route wiring from the delay box back to the bluray player exisiting sound circuit board and let the player decoding the delayed signal back to output L & R from the

If not at all possible , any good quality Digital converter from the market (for movie sound) that can decode bit stream to L & R audio ?

Your expertise advice is appreciated . DVDO gives a much better picture and I do want to do without it .
