Yes. The PCM1704 is a mono DAC, so you will need two of them per channel. Set the phase of one PCM1704 as non-inverting, and set the phase of the other PCM1704 as inverting. The PCM1704 is unique in that it allows it's absolute phase to be set via a dedicated control pin, making this all very easy to implement.

As an alternative, you might want to consider the quad PCM1704 DAC module soon to be offered by AD Labs. It features balanced current outputs intended to feed I/V conversion and analg output circuits of your choice. QUAD PCM DAC (RD30) | AD LABS
