Hello folks, my Apogee Duet fell on the Audio jack, and now only one channel works, i want ot disassemble the phone jack element box, but i cant get a grasp of it, shoul i desolder it or is there a way to open it some how, i tryed to pry with a knife, broke off little piece of plastic, any advise , thanks in advance
