Default Matrix Mini-i Modifications

Hi all,

I'm thinking about getting another DAC - one with a remote volume for convenience. I dunno how good the digital volume for the AD1955 is, but apart from that, the Matrix Mini-i looks good, especially as it seems I should be able to remove the coupling caps.

Here's what I'm thinking of. VR1 balances the offset, VR2 eliminates it. Will it work, given suitable values ?

There's something similar on this thread, where they say Vbias is a few hundred mV too high.

Thanks for any help.
