Default Please help choose transformer option on Wolfson - based DAC

Could someone knowledgeable give me advice or opinion?
I have the following dilemma:

I do have some DIY skills but they are not in the electronic section. Since I don't want to re-invent the wheel so I asked someone with experience to build a DAC for me.
He is giving me a choice between two transformer options:
- one single toroidal
- two E1 (one for the analog section and one for the digital section)

I have to make a decision between the two versions. Both cost the same.
As you will see from the photos, the DAC has the transformer in the same box with the rest of the stuff. So I am having all kinds of suspicions about the E1 interfering because of higher radiated magnetic field, and wonder if having two transformers somehow "compensates" for this. Of course I don't expect E1's to radiate less when used in pairs (!) but maybe separating transformers brings other benefits that outweigh the magnetic field issues.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Now the necessary information:

The DAC is based on 2X WM8740 chips.
Here is a photo gallery of the board:

And here is the whole assembly (with toroidal transformer, obviously).
As you can see, the transformer is in the same box with the rest of the stuff.

John Curl and ticknpop helped me to understand some of the differences between these transformer types.
