Hi,
my Primare V10 player has got some issues: It started with de-synchronisation between picture and sound at one single DVD I've been watching to, by now I can't play any DVD or CD without drop-outs, sudden repeats and/or hangs.
The DVD/CD loader virtually seems to be an ATAPI device with the same power and data (IDE) connectors, but after connecting it to my PC it wasn't recognized. So I have no access to it's firmware.
As sadly I haven't got a schematic or repair guide as I bought it some years ago, and WWW doesn't provide any, I don't know what to do. Any advice?
