Well I picked up a pair of M-Audio BX5A Deluxe on black Friday and wanted to get a dac made for them.

This is an alpha version of what I have planned. Eventually it will have power control for the speakers, multisource (src4392) inputs, balanced outputs (pcm1792), and a linear psu.

This board includes the following:
DC jack
USB B Jack
Dual 1/4" phono jacks (mono unbalanced)
reg102 to regulate down to 5v
dual TPS79133 to regulate down to 3.3v (one per IC)
PCM5102 with FILT control
PCM2707

Let me know what you think. I am going to be going over everything one more time then will be having some boards made.

Hi,
I think your board works well, since I made some board similar to your schematic.
I constructed my board in as below.

Input: mini-USB B (bus powered)
I/F : PCM2707 (USB to I2S)
Isolator : ISO7240M / ISO7640FM
DAC : PCM5102 (each 3.3V supplies(DVDD, AVDD, CPVDD) are generated by TPS79133+DCR010505 )
Buffer : BUF634 (+/-9V supply generated by TPS7A4901/3001+DCP020515)

This board currently works very well.

Best regards,
Ivatha
