I2S to S/PDIF converter

I need to convert the I2S lines from an HDMI repeater to S/PDIF. Is there a device or a board that I can just buy that does that? I know that there are ICs that do that, but making my own solution is above my pay grade.

WM8804 is a spdif transceiver, so you are able to convert I²S to spdif and spdif to I²S.
