Hey guys,
I´m looking for the schematic or the service manual for the Wadia 861 SE. Probably the schematic for the Wadia 27iX will do too since it is suppose to be the same DAC/Input as the 861SE For quite some time now I´ve been using the Wadia merely as a DAC and I´m quite happy with it. BUT as it is there always is the itch whether there is room for optimization. A good friend of mine is an electronics engineer and basically ripping apart every part of his gear to at least do something with the analogue and digital input stages. In order to evaluate whether something should be done with the Wadia we need the schematic/service manual. Neither Wadia themselves nor the German importor is willing to help in this regard. I would be most gracious if somebody here could help me out. Cheers! Kai Last edited by aston45; 2nd October 2011 at 07:56 AM. |
