Default Need help to finish PCB in Eagle.

I want to build a mixer with digital input.
S/PDIF decoder from here CS8416 S/PDIF decoder
I try to use it with CS4351 DAC. But I'm really not good in PCB design.
Hope schematic is correct.
Please help me to finish it.
