Another DAC kit from China - any good?

Hi folks!

After being impressed with the Gigaworks 24/192 DAC especially with a few mods, this kit caught my eye:

DAC 2496 (AK4393) DAC KIT With CS8416+AK4393+5532 | eBay

For that low price I couldn't resist ordering one.

Has anyone had any experience with this kit yet?

EDIT: Just found a thread on this very DAC. My mistake folks should have done a more thorough search before starting this thread!

I'd be grateful if one of the mods could delete this thread for me - many thanks
