Thank you Lorien and Paul. It seems I made 2 changes at the same time and thought they both were a step forward. In reality the DEM change resulted in merely turning off DEM. I thought L5 was a clock signal source (would have been so convenient). I went back to sampling from WS and BC. Both increase the level of small details. BC is slightly higher than my chip can handle introducing light distortion on one channel. WS is quite good. Ideal would be 1/2 BC so I'll have to try a divider.
At any rate, Paul thanks for questioning this error. I got better sound and a reminder to not make a change without thorough testing.

WaveIO power consumption: I lived in error for quite a lot time now and tired about waiting for solving the issue thus I need your help now. As there are quite a few of you that wants to know real power consumption of WaveIO card to be used with Salas shunts I want to say that my initial 470mAmps measurements (if I can name this way ...) are quire large compared to other values posted by different WaveIO owners (~320mA). The flow stays in my super elegant and precise chinese multimeter crap that seems to measure different parameters based on phase of the moon and color of my underwear. I'll definitely look for solutions but my DIYer budget is not helping me right now in buying a decent gear so I have to wait for this to happen. As stated in my previous port listed here anyone with a precise multimeter could post a value so all have a reference in choosing specs for WaveIO's external PSU.

all as voltage on a 0.47R in series

Yes, mine shows similar values after test probes have been replaced... 370-380mA still not close enough
