a newbie needs help
here's my current set-up
24 channel mixer
nady equalizer
crossover ( 2-way stereo, 3-way stereo, 4-way mono)
2 pairs 600 watts Mid/High speaker ( 8 ohms)
1 pair 1200 watts subwoofer (4 ohms)
1 power amp 600 watts (8 ohms)
1 power amp 1000 watts (8 ohms)
questions:
1. im currently using 600 watts power amp to drive 2 pairs of speakers. now my load had become 4 ohms right? is it still safe?
2. if i buy another 600 watts amp could i split the signal from crossover to have 2 outputs for two amplifiers 2 drive the 2pairs of mid/high speaker. could somebody help me on how to do it?
thanks!
