Audio Sector NOS DAC schematic?

I'm interested in making an Audio Sector NOS DAC (SPDIF version), but I can't find a schematic anywhere. Could anyone provide me with the schematic?

Is the CS8412 absolutely necessary or is there a more available/cheaper alternative?

You can also use CS8414, both are still available from ebay below $10ea.
