Default Pulse transformer recommandation (PE-65507)

As I'm searching a good but cheap pulse transformers for my spdif receiver (dir9001) I found this model at a nice price:

The datasheet in attached. The spec is close to the Newava transformer.

Can somebody tell me if can use this transformer ?

Thanks !
