Default Piggy Backing Burr Brown PCM63PK

I have an old DAC (EAD 7000 III) that uses the 20bit Burr Brown PCM63PK chip. Been googling around and found that a popular mod is to piggy back another Burr Brown PCM63PK chip on top of it. Running parallel chips supposedly provides some improvements. SOme folks change a few resistors to balance out the current, so do not.

Anyone done a piggyback DAC chip upgrade?

Pros's /Con's
