Just found a deal on a new Behringer DCX2496 digital crossover and would like to hardwire it into my A/V receiver but have a few questions. I'm using a Denon AVR-5805 receiver, which has 170-watts per channel X10 that is currently Bi-Amped into five channels running all 2-way speakers. I would like to wire this DCX unit directly into the amplifier pre-out terminals inside, using shielded cables, but not sure if this would work well without modifying the DCX to analog inputs & outputs or possibly go digital.
If someone could point me in the right direction for modifying this DCX-2496 digital crossover to be compatible with my AVR, it would be greatly appreciated. |
