Hi,
Im verry pleased with my Meridian 602/606 combination. But after 17 years the world has electronically changed, though my "old" combination easily outperforms new cd-players in the range up to 2000-3000 euro I like upgrade them to newer standards if possible. Fitting Jitterclocks of Tentlabs ( Eindhoven - Holland) is a real option, it has the same effect as adding a meridian 518 I think. But nowadays many manufacturers use the buffering technique ( Naim DAC , Meridian 808) so question: does anyone know buffering components for high end dacs in the DIY or aftermarket ? Thanks! |
