I need to route one AES/EBU (XLR) output to two separate inputs, and I understand that I cannot simply use a "Y" cable for this digital signal due to the impedance interactions. Can anyone recommend a decent (and preferably cheap) device to accomplish this?

Probably you can "Y" them for shorter interconnects. AES/EBU is robust and can tolerate impedance mismatches.
But for real units, you might check at markertek.com page 198 to 205. Maybe: http://audio-video-supply.markertek....id&isort=price
