How to cascade 2 ADC chips?

Hi,

Pardon my noobie question.
I would like to build an 8 ch ADC using two pcm4204 chips (24-bit 4 ch ADCs).
Would it be correct to use 1 chip as a master and the other as a slave?
In such a case, the slave chip should receive only the BCK and LRCLK from the master chip (no SCKI), right?

The crystal XO should feed only the master chip SCKI, is it correct?
