Nope, sorry you need a scope, and engineering, how do you know what rf is present etc. You are obviously not an engineer.

Sorry, but I do get incensensed over desinging by ear, especially power deliver systems...

"designing" only by ear is totally impossible if you need good result. But checking the result by ears is needful if you design audio devices.
