Question - DCX crossover alignment

I have 3-way speakers with XO, EQ and delays provided by a DCX2496.
I have experimented with various setups for the crossover alignments and question if there is an advantage to one of the two shown.
[Please disregard the minor differences in FR as this can be adjusted independently.]

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I have read that that the phase should be linear and both of these setups are similar in that regard. The deviation from a best fit line is approximately +/-50 deg for both. Also, in both cases, the phase of the individual drivers were aligned to be similar throughout the crossover range. I can provide charts to show these details as needed.

The big difference is that the phase of the blue setup rotates 960 deg while the red setup rotates 640 deg.

Is the difference in the impulse response significant?
Is one setup theoretically better than the other?
