DCX2496 - Hang Up
Hi,
My DCX2496 hang up after power on and only show Update screen - Update in progress, please wait!. I tried to turn off and on again it still show the same screen. I tried to hard reset the machine by pressing the two 'Page' buttons during power on and press lefmost button to power on but still showing the Update screen. Is there any people encounter the same issue? Should I try to connect the machine to a PC using RS232 to update the firmware? Thanks for advise. Gary |
