Yes, people are using it...including myself. It is a nice product from Raindrop...and he will answer all your questions. I would recommend using the Tube output too. I have the HDAM and tube output...tube is cleaner.
One reason I like the 4.0 NOS Dac, is that I have had my fill of soldering... But have modified it with adding TOSlink directly to the Dir9000 chip. jk |

I am using a Peter Daniels Audiosector DAC1 at the moment, do you think this would be a step up from this. Would use a DIY tube output if I went ahead
