sample-hold circuit_Sony 557ESD

Is it advisible to get rid of the sample-hold circuit of this Sony
CDP-557ESD player？Seeing that lot of DIY DAC schematic didn·t implement this into the circuit。
Any comment！

It is usually used to remove the glitch, more oversamplimg, more glitch.
