I had more time today to plug the scope, i found problems of spikes for the normal reference dac from around 3000hz to 10000hz, from 12khz to 20khz it was no longer spiky. I included comparisons pictures, note the tube dac output is reversed.
Both dac were connected at 192khz 24 bits, I found that my dac with less filters had more ability to try to mimic harmonics up to 75khz, while the other dac looked alright but filtered which made it impossible to try to resolve over 30khz, the signals were just cut.
