m-Audio Delta 410 4-in 10-out? Should be around the 150 mark. Slightly better performance due to pro pedigree, and balanced input and mic pre.
The FW version in your post would be a great choice too, the 'used' tag doesn't take away the quality of the product.
The Xonar is good too, just wouldn't trust it for measurement work.
