behringer Ultramatch Pro SRC2496 MAX MOD opinion needed

pushing the SRC2496 to the MAX possible sound quality in D/A function

What things do i need to mod in order to push the src 2496 to the max possible SQ as D/A purpose? Now in my mind is,

1. Ak4396 Dac
2. Burson Opamp in D/A
3. Replace clock unit( might be burson clock)
4. Toroidal transformer
5. Recap all capacitors with rubycon
6. replace internal voltage regulator.

can i add extra analog RCA output? because i dun use XLR...

Do you think it can equal with high end $3000usd DAC?
