Attached is picture of TXCO16.9344 2ppm, with 4 soldering pins:
pin1:Vcc—voltage supply

pin3:Out—frequency out

pin4:GND

pin6:VC

The VC means Voltage compensation or Voltage control !?
How am I going to connect pin6 in a reclock schematic?

Vc is frequency control. What you have there is a "VCTCXO", a frequency compensated VCXO.

I'd connect a 10K pot (a little Bourns 3339 or something) with the ends connected to Vcc and ground, the wiper connected to Vc, and Vc in turn connected to ground with a 0.01-0.1uF cap.
