Help with Behringer DCX2496

Hi, i was hoping someone on this forum can help me with my problem i have the dcx946 & have connected 3amps to it. I only have my mixer plugged into Input A&B C is empty.

I have 3 amps plugged into it, i get sound from all out the outputs & have them set correct A-B A-B A-B but cant get no sound out of input 6.

I changed the cable, tried putting the speaker into a different output & it works fine so im unsure if output 6 is faulty?

Ive connected it to the laptop with the software & had a deeper look but no joy & all channels are unmuted.

Has anybody else had this problem, hope you can help.

i´m not really dcx user but you have maybe chosen to use input c as mic preamp. ...only something read from the manual, but maybe it helps you. (setup->auto align off).
maybe someone else has another suggestion

my dcx2496 was working well . but now it not working .it is telling me update in progress
cant go inside it
