I see. Have a look at page 18, not that it matters. The CDM12 PRO2 uses the SAA7345.

Hello Toni,
I had a couple of CDM12 Pro2 loaders (Ind. Pro2, Pro2M) and I observed that some loader are using 33.86Mhz and some are with 8.4672MHz crystal.

Just thought that you might be interested to take note of...

Hello VT4-c

Yes, you can use 8.xxx, 16xxx and 33xxx Mhz at the drive. But the TDA1545 dont work with this frequencys.I think they need the multiple of 44.1 kHz. I find nothing about this on the web.

Hello Toni,
I would suggest that you connect the I2S interface directly from the CDM12 Pro2 loader and feed it to the respective interface pin on the TDA1545 chip. It will work this way and perhaps synchronous reclocking it at a later date if you have the 'itch' to tweak

It's the TDA1543 which has versions A/non-A with EIAJ/I2S interfaces respectively. The TDA1545 only comes in A version, with i2s only.
