Summer Special!!

Come August 1st the SDX10 will go up in price to $169 so now is the time to get yours. There's also a new Quartet10 with the Yung SD300 which is cheaper than the BASH300. We will also be adding some design ideas and plans so stay tuned.

What kind of designs are you working on?

There is, of course, the Wolfhorn design and Dave D. and company are also working on some. I'm also thinking about 2 or 4 with the appropriate Powersoft DSP amp.

Henkjan in the Netherlands is working on a 3-way that uses the SDX10 as the woofer.

I've heard a preliminary version of Henkjans 3-way. I'm following his progress on the Dutch forum.
Very promising design!

The main problem is that most design I find for the SDX10 are just a tad big for what I want to build.
I can give it about 45 to 48 liter and want to get as close to 20Hz -3dB as possible. (without active compensation)
I will compensate for room-modes with a DSP later on.

The sub will be used in a small living room, mainly for movies.

I've looked at the quartet10, but it's a little bit too big.
