How to dim salvaged LED backlight (45v) with FET?
Im trying to understand about dimming of the backlight in a lcd tv panel.... is there a simple dimming circuit utilizing a mosfet (pots, resistors, etc) that i can use to control dimming on a salvaged tv panel (45v B+ drive GND controls by LED IC) its 6 segments parallel with 14 leds in series per segment. can a dimming circuit be implement on the 45v B+ line? as i said ive just taken the inverter board and power it straight but i want to control the brightness (down) of the leds, i think its originally dimmed by the ground drive which is driven from the MP3388 IC to all 6 segments?

Simple manual control: Use a pot to put 0.2V (100%) to 1.2V (0%) on pin PWMO.
