So I have a few old speakers lying about collecting dust. I am thinking of reusing an 4" subwoofer from an 2.1 speaker set and building a custom box for it. The woofer is some 20W 4ohm cheap kind from a mercury SW800 set.
Is it worth making a box for or should I buy a new subwoofer. If so what type of box should I be building.
Oh, I have a 4ohm 6" clarion woofer. I would definately reuse it. Please suggest a box type for it. Thanks.
