Horn focal point question

Greetings,

I am cutting this from pvc billet to make a resin cast mold from. (it will be attached to a BMS 4591 driver)

I have the math of the radius and horn, no problem. After looking thru many horn design posts, and many diagrams, I am stuck on where the focal point of the horn would be?

Is it 'A' or 'B' in this diagram?
