Mosquito Device Anti Loitering

Hello guys, has anyone build a similar device as shown from the link above.
I would love to hear any inputs from you guys on what components i need
to build a teen repellant device. I am an expat working here in Dubai, UAE.
Lots of local kids hanging around in front of my villa palying street soccer.
I would love to see any diagrams too on how to build one.

I just remembered: Here, one of our "oh, so politically correct" schoolboards had to disconnect speakers that produced high-frequency sounds normal (I mean over 18s) people can't hear. Within a week several 1000$ worth of damage was done to the property. Now the speakers are back on. The word "mosquito speaker" is in my memory. You should be able to find them at security supply houses. E

Have a look at Robert Iannini's book: Build your own laser, phaser, ion ray gun & other working space-age projects (9780830602049): Robert E. Iannini: Books
If I remember correctly, there's plans for something that generates a high-frequency audio swept tone which can be broadcast using piezo tweeters. If you can't borrow it from the library, I suspect this book can be found as a pdf or something, like if you were to just google the title and use the link at Filestube.
