Looking for DIY Keyboard tips

Hello all,

I recently (like 80% of the other people that bought this controller) had my Axiom 61 suffer the infamous blue screen of death. After spending literally months trying to get a replacement main board sent to me by M-Audio , i said forget it and bought a Novation SL61 MKII.

Now while the Novation meets virtually every need i have in a controller...i have this big *** Axiom sitting around collecting dust. This thing is in like new condition..other than the fact that it doesnt power on correctly.

Any ideas on what i can work up with the pieces? I mean i have 61 keys,9 sliders, and 8 pads just hanging out. I have been unable to find any straight forward DIY projects that i could perhaps take up in my free time.

Ideas?

I think you are asking a pretty specific thing for this amplifier forum. There are some happening synth forums around that might get you better response.
