The only concrete speakers I ever made were with mesh attached to the inside of the plywood cabinet. Yes, that meant there were six pours but what else was I doing that day?

Did anybody try Acrylic resin for horn/ moldmaking. It's cheap, non toxic, can be mixed with marble, granite, glassfiber, etc. Looks very promising to me. Costs 6,- euro a Kg or around 4 $ for an lbs. Also known as Plasticrete. Sort of an resin version of Gypsum.

At least it wont leave a big hole in the wallet and a pile of very hard to remove toxic waste if things go south
