Nah, dont have to... just wanna make a pair that has removable baffles. I don't have to use magnets, I'll probably just end up doing it a proven way.

Neo magnets the size of a nickle hold with exceptional force, and just getting them close to each other can get them to "bite" you as they attach to each other. I had to find replacments for a project at work as persons who used the machine with 1 neo magnet complained it was TOO STRONG.

For most enclosure designs sealing from air leaks will be at least as important as secure fixing of removable baffles. I'd suggest threaded inserts and machine screws along with weatherstrip tape or at least a thin felt gasket.
