I have a pioneer pl-c7 front load turntable. It was missing the rubber platter mat and is unobtainium (unless somebody here has one). So I decided to try making a cork mat for it. It is special in that the inner hole diameter is 4.1 inches and the outer diameter is 7 inches (like ring). I don't know how to accurately cut the cork and keep centered and round. Any ideas?

A drafting compass, if you have one. How about a printable paper template?
