Hello Everyone,
I'm a newbie here. I should also mention I am very inexperienced with electronics. Basically I've replaced LED's & small capacitors, etc.
I have a little amp that has 2 filter caps (10,000 uF, 50wv) with 4 posts attached to a board and wires to the power supply. (see pics)
My question is can I replace these caps with 2 post caps? and can anyone patient enough explain how to wire a 2 post cap to this amp?

What type of amp is that? Sometimes (in old valve amps) you will find filter caps with 4-5 posts and the large "outer can" actually houses two smaller caps. However, this will usually be indicated somewhere on the capacitor
Eg:(100uF + 100uF / 400V).

If you are certain they are single capacitor cans, two of the legs/leads represent + and - and the other two are likely for mechanical support.
