I just realized that I may have to expand the panel size to 16"x48" The baffle will still remain the same 8"x36"

So each cabinet will require 2 sheets of MDF. If that's the case. It's not a problem.

If you haven't bought the MDF yet, get chipboard, better & cheaper.

We need to know more about the end goals before we can help much,

dave

That's it. Other than draw a picture I don't know what would help. What else do you need to know? Maybe your not understanding what I described?

Basically if you could design the ideal T-Line for the speakers described... What shape would you use and why? What volumes and angles etc etc. Thanks I appreciate any help I can get.

Your right, I'm not understanding what you're saying. Perhaps you should take some courses in writing. Otherwise, simpleton's like me may not be able to appreciate your genius.

Goodbye...

The driver selected has a smallish Vas a high Fs & Qts. TLs for it are gonna look a bit strange... so short that really best as a straight line with no folds.

The Tritrix has a line taper of ~1 to 3 ... here is what Henkjen's SS version of the MJK tables spits out (the specifications are missing a few numbers so i had to estimate them).

Given the spec, these are gonna likely be best put on an OB (with helper woofer), in an IB, or in an aperiodic box.

Also why 2 tweeters? And a generic XO as you have specced is not very useful.

OK, what would you recommend? I chose the 2 tweeters to match the four woofers. Because I had to give it a lot EQ. This sounded more balanced. I already built a cabinet with a single tweeter(different one) and this same woofer.

The crossover is hugely critical to get a speaker sounding good. Off the shelf generic crossovers just don't do the job.

Let me guess. Phasing, right. I'm not surprised. I could build one, to correct that.
