Please mention the mains input and output voltage for the power supply when order, and the size of the SMPS500R is 100x100mm and the height for actual version is about 44mm. the next batch will have lower heigt, about 36-37mm which will fit into 1RU cases.

Hi, Cristi

I sent you an email to your Connexelectronic website about a week ago enquiring about your linear power supply but still have not heard from you. Thus, I am posting my question here. Basically, I would like to know how long would be the lead time for the dual rail linear supply? Also, would you please provide an estimate on the shipping cost of the PS to Toronto, Canada (L6E 1G3). Thanks!

Allan

Allan,

the linear power supplies are two types, dual rail and quad rail. all the boards are partially assembled except the capacitors, which are soldered when upon order. for the latest available capacitors, please mail me. send me the mail again if you won't get an answer in 48h.

Cristi,

I send another enquiry to your contact email at the Connexelectronics website 2 days ago. Just wonder whether you see it.
