On the budget end is the Andrew Jones / ELAC minis that will set you back 230$ a pair
Amazing sound along with Odyssey electronics and quite superb speakers always drawing you in rather than pushing you away like so many other expensive presentations

Raidho was another mfgr that knows how to demonstrate properly in limited rooms

Sanders electrostatics are in the top 5 of any speakers made today with amazing detail and coherence with deep bass and integration.
Went directly to ML new Model after and as nice as it is, doesn't have quite the microscopic detail of the Sanders but beautiful to look at non the less.

Had a spirited chat with Bob Graham ( supurb arm maker) on what surface a record should be vacuumed down on ( he prefers aluminum) and just where is all the energy going since at least with acrylic you get an impedence match with similar materials and a drawing away from the record and a possible reflection with disimiliar materials?
Either way you can chose a coloration of your own with the Tech Das 1 since it has the option of either copper, stainless steel, acrylic, or alumiium inserts and a quarantee of sonic bliss into the 3rd dimension
Well done!
