"InDIYana 2012" event happening again...

It's time for this 6th annual shindig to be planned, so it's scheduled for April 13th/14th a Fri/Sat event as usual.

Well- as of right now I have to retract the dates pending a possible reschedule.
There are no rooms available at the hotel where the event will be held that weekend according to those who are trying to reserve them.

I'll update info as I know more....

Dates should still be valid.

Spouses take note: the Vera Bradley sale is the same weekend, and I have to block out some rooms for InDIYana event attendees. This is why there is a reservation problem currently.

BUT- we get a lower group rate. If the amount of people reserved at the Hyatt will clear this amount of rooms, accomodations will have to be made elsewhere. There is nothing I can do about that.

I will update with how to make a reservation for our group as the clarifications are set in stone.

Some events have a competition for a certain set of parameters, or size class, or cost.

Whattaya say we take this on? Who can make the best performing ugly-chic set of speakers? No carpenters need apply. Just misjoint some boxes with hot glue and come join in the fun!!!

The more creative, the hi- errr... LOWER the score! We'll need a set of inhonorable-mentions, and rate things in the red.

Sound like a fun idea?
