Hi,
I'll be building an 41Hz Amp4. Can't wait to hear it, given the great experience with my Amp6. To power the Amp4, I'm looking to find a 32V 8A SMPS. Has anybody found such a supply - and best of all, could you recommend one? Second question: AFAIR the Skynet 8080 SMPS-es that Nuuk was selling had adjustable 12V rails. How high do those go? |

Ask coldamp (www.coldamp.com). They make a 400W SMPS, SPS30 I think they can sell them at different voltages if you ask. I asked them for a 30V/10A and they can do it, I suppose your request is very similar.

Thanks! Looks good.
I hope I can find something cheaper, so I'll keep looking. I'm only looking for ~250W, and +/- 16V. Seems that the SPS30 is a bit 'overbuilt' for my purposes. |
