I have been looking for schematic of deadtime circuits, but with no result..
i'm using a single LM833N opamp for carrier and for comparing, i have MIC4420 that i use for mosfet driving, and a couple of different fets i would like to try.. so is it possible that you can find or make me a deadtime circuit? .. - perhaps a short explanation on what to change to change deadtime.. http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/data.../MIC4420.shtml |

well you have driver for only one fet, you can't have deadtime with only one...but still you can use same circuit, just 1/2 of it

I made a test, but i'm not sure that it is correct.
If take my pwm from my opamp and comperate it in two parts an look at in my scope, i can variate the gab between them, is this my deadtime (the blue area).. when no there is no gab there is no DC between the points, if a bigger gab, bigger DC voltage.. |
