" ... Cause this sucks! ..."
Might it be because the chip sucks?? THD = 10%, 8 or 4 ohms ... maybe there are better chips out there and maybe Phillips has improved this since 2004, but it looks like the best place for this one is in a portable radio.

This is just a power comparator chip, with single disadvantage -little power. The chip is ready to give you outstanding specs (THD .00* i.e. 100 times better tripath etc), if you ready to implement it properly.

Somebody here has the catch phrase: Any op-amp is good as long as the implimentation is done right ... or words to that effect. I suppose you are right, the chip could be made to work in a specific, low power application ... probably not as an output amp except maybe for headphones ...

This chip is very comparable to the MP7720 except it's in a SO20 package with a couple more features and better thermal dissipation.

Thanks for all replys but I still won't to know if there is anybody who has a PCB for this chip. Or someone who could draw it. I did my own pcb but it doesn't work

I would create a layout for you if I had time. Unfortunately I don't have much of that at the moment. What did you create the layout in? If you made it in Eagle send the files my way and I can take a look at them for you.

Unfortenately I made it in PCBexpress and then out of anger I deleted it. Well I'm not in the rush with this amp so when you'll have some time please make one.
