Default reparing 2 viper d2500x1

i have 2 viper d2500 amps one of them works a little if the gain is dead center the other don't . i took the cover off and i can see burt stuf on the outer parts on the front end of the board. no shops in my area fix amps was wondering where to start to fix these amps. any help
