As in the title, what toroid should I use to get all the power from it running at 8 ohm???

It says "4 channel amp for 12V - 24V and low impedance loads" and "Suitable for low impedance loads, 4 x 2 ohms" on the 41Hz website. You do not want to use this with 8Ohm speakers.
